Is there a functional equivalent to Qimage for workflows which  
include a Mac?

I'm in the same boat as Julian except that he's more up-to-date.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
