I've been using an Epson 875 and 780. I have found a factory refurb 1280 for a good price and trying to decide whether I should wait for announcements (1280's are OS almost everywhere--and it is that time of year) or bite the bullet and buy this one. I'm planning on making one a dedicated b/w printer--not sure if this will be the 875 or the 1280. But--since I would imagine almost everyone on this list is an owner of at least one Epson---what would you do??--Buy now---or wait. I keep trying to decide what could be announced--the 1280 is so terrific now--maybe smaller droplets? Anything else?? Diane ---------- Diane B.
