Spongeless Cartridges for 2200

Has anyone used the spongeless refillable ink cartridges for the Epson 2200 from Ink Village?  
http://www.inkvillage.com/Refillable_Cartridges_Shop.htm  Do you think that these might 
offer any advantage over the empty refillable cartridges with sponges from MIS?
