Richard; Look at your nozzle test carefully with a 3x-5x lupe. They should not simply all be there, but each one should be straight and clean with any little hooks on the ends, anf the gaps between them should be even and consistent between colors, If you have hooks or other minor imperfections, you likely have an ink build-up under the head. I'm sure you've already tried wiping with a strip of cleaning-fluid soaked fabric, but you may need to get more aggressive. I recently solved a similar problem by making a fabrick sleeve that fit over a thin blade bent so I could slide it under the head and apply a little pressure whlie wiping it. Worked well, the printer went from almost unusable to almost perfect.
