Digital BW, The Print

MIS is not showing any carts for the 260.  Without those we don't have anything to put the b&w inks in we're stuck.  My 220 just quit, under warranty.  The Epson rep I talked to said the new 220 would be sent to me in 5 days.  Two days later a brand new 260 showed up on my door step.  But, I've got a load of 220 carts, etc.  So, I called back to complain about the upgrade.  The woman I talked to understood.  The 220 is no longer available from Epson.  So, she said they could send me a 340, which is the 220 with other bells and whistles.  It is the same heads, print engine, etc.  So, I should be able to continue just as with the 220.
   
  I sure would like to have been able to give the 260 a try, though.
