Re: QTR curves & profiles

2006-12-11 by Helene Penn

Where can I find Tom Moore's 'Ideal Densities' charts?

Thanks.

Helene

results; then I got PFP 1.1 and the spectro, and the results were
worse, not better. So I started just plugging in the nearest applicable
set of numbers from Tom Moore's 'Ideal Densities' charts. I'm now
getting the best results I've ever gotten with QTR, with a very smooth
ramp and visible tonal separation all the way down to black. I'm on a
PC, I don't even know if this is possible with QTR on the Mac version,
but if it is you should try it.
