Be sure the air intake tab has been removed from the cart. If the vacuum was not good enough in the original fill, there could also be air at the outlet that needs to be removed with a bottom fill adapter on a syringe. Hi, I've just started converting my r2400 from Epson OEM inks to MIS K4 refillable cartridges (spongeless). My first set of carts I bought prefilled and have just run out of OEM ink and have begun to switch over. I am suddenly having clogs/dropped jets and ink spots on prints since I have switched (I've only partially switched at this point). anyone else had these problems? I've not had a single problem with OEM ink carts....hate to switch back because of the costs but I've already wasted a ton of ink just trying to fix the clog..
