We sue companies that make outrageous claims like that.  When I was at the
U.S. Federal Trade Commission I would have loved to nail Epson on that
claim.  The U.S. is often accused of having too many lawyers, but that's
often by the companies that would rather compete via false advertising than
on the basis of price and quality.  Write to newspapers and government
agencies and educate the people.

Wasn't that claim used in the past in the US and dropped later 
on as results showed the paper changed color ?
Could be that Epson counts on the fact that in NZ time runs 
slower :-)
