I had a similar problem (though very rarely), running 300 GSM Museo Silver
Rag, which is very thick and very inflexible, through my 2400. The rear slot
solution is probably ideal but if your computer desk setup is like mine, it
is impractical. I solved the problem by using corrugated cardboard to raise
the leading edge of the paper to just the right height and using two empty
fifty sheet boxes on the output tray to support the exiting paper at just
the right height. Smooth entry, smooth exit, no more problem. This might not
work for you and the 2200 but it works for me.
