If it does, then just run some small test prints to see which setting looks best. When I got my 2400 the initial prints, when contrast and density were otherwise ok, looked heavily overloaded in the blacks. By experimenting I found that reducing the ink load solved it, and -5% was the most I could reduce without the prints beginning to look weak.
