R2400 ? cost for PK to MK changeover

Has anyone ever figured out the cost in ink for the changeover from PK 
to MK ink and back again in the R2400 printer? Does it just flush out 
the black line on the changeover or does it flush all the colors too 
thus wasting a ton of ink? Thanks for any help or experience you can
