Digital BW, The Print

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie and want to know if it is better to get a rip program 
and new inks or get the 3800? 

People seem to say that the 2400 was much better than the 2200, so I 
figure the 3800 would even be better.

I noticed the Quad and IJC? was mentioned for programs.

Also, can I get cartridges like the OEM, since I do not print very 
much. 

I do like the wider format of 3800, but can live with 2200.

If staying with the 2200 is the best bang for the buck, than I would 
appreciate the links for the software, inks, and the set-up for now.
