Digital BW, The Print

Hello. I finally am getting around to setting up my new R220 & MIS 
inks. I keep getting a message that the printer is not recognizing the 
inks. It will not let me print. Not even a test print. I have never 
used a R220 or MIS inks. What should I do? Thanks.
