I recently had this problem with a mixture of new spongeless carts and the older half-sponge ones. The spongeless carts weren't seating right and the chip on the back wasn't making good contact. You might really try to push the back into place and make sure that neighboring cartridges aren't pushing each other up and out of position. It took me a few weeks to figure out what was going wrong. You do have chips on the carts, and the carts are in the right positions, right? If you have a chip resetter you can make sure the chips on the cartridge are okay and resetting to green. Chips do go bad. Good luck- I was impressed enough by this system to get a second R220 to use with MIS PRO color ink and will be receiving the ink soon. --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "tim4peace2001" <images4peace@...> wrote: > > Hello.
