Re: QTR, R2400 & Rear Sheet Feed problem

2007-01-14 by Roy Harrington

Hi Gary,

I've been wondering what could be causing your situation. I just (again)
tried my R2400, Windows XP, QTR 2.4.3 and positioning worked exactly correct.
I know I've mentioned using Manual Roll (Rear) and you've confirmed that. But,
this must be done on the QTRgui page -- not on the Epson driver Page Setup.
If you select the Manual Roll on the Epson driver that has no effect on the QTR
driver since they are completely independent. Going into "Printer & Faxes"
and setting Printer Properties is all dealing with the Epson driver.

BTW, when you say "starts printing on the far left edge" I'm assuming you are printing
landscape and the print is starting on the leading edge coming out of the
printer. Correct?
