I'm can get a target with 21 patches (plus the black starting block) onto a letter size page in portrait mode. A little photoshop work to move that single row around and it looks like you could fit about 7 per sheet. The above was done with a .5 inch border around the entire paper. The smallest I could get the 51 patch was 3 rows.
