MIS does have spongeless cartridges for the 1280 -- before these,
refilling was pure hell -- so there are plenty of ink choices
available. My 1280 died and I still have a large supply of ink and
spongeless cartridges, so I am temped to get one of these, but only as
a throw-away. It's a temporary solution so I can match existing
prints; everyone else should steer clear unless they know what they
are in for :).
