FWIW, http://www.wilhelm-research.com/epson/R1800.html lists Epson Premium Semigloss Photo Paper as having no OBA, and Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper as yes. It seems odd that they would both glow a similar amount under black light. Does anyone have an idea why that is?
