OEM carts and ink or third party?

How long have you had the printer and when did the problem start?

Specifically what do you mean when you say you can never get a good 
test?  Exactly what is wrong.  Under what circumstances do you see the 
banding?  Do you see it easily with the naked eye or do you need a 
loupe?
