I doubt it's a problem with your printer and it might not be worth the ink use to do more of that sort of fix. I think they are looking into some other over inking problems now, even on papers that they had nailed in the past. There have been rumors of a change in the HPR coatings causing a variety of problems. I've never heard of mechanical delivery being erratic in that way, but I don't know, one learns over time that anything is possible. But I'd go through the tech support route to see if it gets resolved there. The more reports to them the better, and easier to diagnose. Tyler
