I wonder if he is using the UT7 profiles?  I didn't see any of the PK  
papers listed in the 21/2200 K7 profiles folder in the QTR download.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
