Hi Mohamed, B/W Styler works well. I reviewed it a month or two back. There is a brief intro at: http://photography.about.com/od/imageprocessing/gr/bwstyler.htm and a fuller feature at http://photography.about.com/od/digital/ss/bwstyler.htm If you just want to produce decent b/w from colour you don't need to buy anything of course. There are all sorts of fancy methods on the web (as well as over-straightforward ones that don't always give the kind of results I want.) At http://photography.about.com/od/digital/ss/advbwconv.htm I do a step-by-step through the way I prefer using Photoshop. CS3 has a better tool for the spectral response, so if I upgrade to that I'd change part of my sequence. I think BW Styler is worth getting if you want to make use of a fair range of its effects on a regular basis, but otherwise just use Photoshop.
