Keith - I have always had good treatment by Epson & while I am sorry
to hear about your bad printer it is good that you'll be getting a new
one. You are fortunate that you were able to discover the problem
before your warranty was out.

I am very happy with my R2400 - I get great prints and assume you will
too once you get going.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
