Digital BW, The Print

IMO, no, the ink does not seem to sit on top. The Innova Semimatte, is 
not a RC paper. It is a fiber type paper like the Hahnemuhle Fine Art 
Pearl. The print is not completely flat, after all it is "semimatte", 
not matte. Comparing it to Fine Art Pearl, the Innova Semimatte does 
not have the same surface sheen as the Pearl, but has more snap than 
say a traditional matte paper.
