Mohamed, there are lots of excellent photoshop actions for converting to bw images that are free. Two of my favorites are: thelightsrightstudio.com - TLR B&W Conversion and TLR B&W Toning www.gormanphotography.com - Gorman-Holbert BW Conversion I really like the Gorman action for conversion and the TLR B&W Toning for toning.
