Are you positive the right inks are in the right cartridges?  Can 
you print a 6 ink test pattern (download from inksupply.com) and see 
if the density of C=M and LC=LM=Y?

If you don't want to buy a scanner someone else may be able to make 
a profile for you- I've heard good things about Cathy's profiles and 
think she does B&W ones.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
