Digital BW, The Print

My 2200 flashes all its LED's red, and will not print. I understand this
means the waste pad counter has reached its limit. I've tried the method
where you hold down the roll and paper advance buttons on startup, but that
does not work. I believe that works only on older printers. My searching to
find a newer method only turns up URL's that are no longer active.

Can anyone help?
