Carl, I have been able to clean the rollers on my 2200 over the years a number of times by feeding a piece of matt paper with one end dampened with windex with ammonia or isopropyl alcohol and feed it through the printer a number of times alternating sides up. This usually lasts for a number of boxes of paper and requires repeating from time to time.
