Digital BW, The Print

OK we're up and running with *.icc download capability.  (The MIME type was
added by the GoDaddy tech support.  I must say, I'm very impressed with that
outfit's responsiveness.)

The host got the *.acv files authorized and now is working on the *.icc
extension.
