More to the point for outside organizations wishing to determine what the 
state of the arts in a field is; if you are already in it, then the FLAAR reports 
would not be a very practical way to learn about things... so if you are 
considering acquiring Epson, or investing millions in competing against them, 
definately buy the reports. If you are already participating in the field in 
question, then they would be less likely to be of use.
