How do they compare to Epson inks? Thanks I have used both Generations G-Chrome and G-Quad inks. The G-Chrome (color) inkset is excellent and has an identical gamut to Epson UC inks. They profile the same using PFP v 2. The G-Quad inkset offers a wide range of B/W tones, using QTR and in my 2200, allows printing bothe matte and photo black using the same inkset. The Yellow position holds the Gloss differential cart for Photo K. This inkset creates fantastic prints on Silver Rag. The only problem with these inks is the long drying time. On the 2200, it is necessary to insert little "flags" (supplied by MediaStreet) to hold the final rubber rollers in the elevated position in order to prevent wheel marks. This is on the Photo K papers only. The glossy finish then has to be handled very carefully, as the prints are still wet to the touch as they emerge from the machine. I would not hesitate to recommend these inks, both the color and the Quads. Richard (Brooklyn)

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone.
