The paper I was profiling was the Premier Art "Matte BW" (formerly called Premier Matte or dual matte 210). Perhaps the higher load it can take explains the much better dmax it gets than the PA 205. Premier Art has put the apparently new coating on the Hot Press 325 also. One poster here also indicated the 270 is getting the high dmax, but I have not yet tried that. It's only coated on one side and might be a lot easier to feed than the relatively stiff double coated 325. Entrada had a coating that was similar to the PA 205, so I'm not surprised it also could not handle the higher load.
