Digital BW, The Print

I went to the site Harry mentioned below but it appears that one needs a 
"loyalty passcode" or already be registered to use it. I have owned at least 
4 Epsons and still have 3, but I have never heard of this program and don't 
have any sort of passcode.
Can someone enlighten me?
