All the other Epson K3 inks scratch off. I don¹t know. The paper is too lightweight for my liking and the blacks are weak versus HPR. I doubt I¹ll be buying any more but I do look forward to the other stuff this company supposedly has coming down the pipe... Also the portfolio black is being used in the Piezo set experiencing problems, and museum black in a set with out problems? I would not look at the paper as having an issue with the possible exception of an instruction that states ONLY Epson K3 MK ink should be used with this paper. It also leads me to question what is in those other black inks that are being used in the MK position. Is it an issue where the paper was designed to receive that formulation best and the others, as marginal players, secondly or not at all?
