Hi Mitch, Check out item #9 and 9b on Clayton Jones's site. It talks about the 2400 and printing B&W. http://www.cjcom.net/digiprnarts.htm Lots of good information on it. QTR has a good Yahoo Group at: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/QuadtoneRIP/ Lots of excellent help there. Clayton's site will get you going with the 2400 right off the bat. It's a great printer both with the Epson ABW (Advanced Black and White) and with QTR Hope that helps a bit.
