Digital BW, The Print

First, many thanks to Tyler for posting this. I should mention that he
is overly modest and did much more than "preview" the book. He was
gracious enough to serve as technical editor and put up with many many
phone calls from me over the past 5 months.

As for Amazon, the book is not yet shipping but was supposed to be
listed by now as a pre-order item. My publisher and Amazon are working
to get this corrected and should have the book info online very soon.
When I get a firm ship date (a moving target as of yesterday) I'll
post it on the book forum at www.masteringdigitalbwbook.com/forums and
update the "buy the book" links on the site.
