What I meant to ask was whether or not one could use Virtual PC "w/ DOS, as 
that's the program needed" and send the instructions to the MIS CFS to reset 
the chip.  I guess you would need the USB to Parallel adapter, but for about 
$25 you could probably pick up a used Virtual PC DOS version on Ebay and for 
$20 a USB to Parallel cord to enable the use of the DOS software.
