Digital BW, The Print

Hi All. After installing the UT2 inks I've ordered this week, I've 
noticed lines going across the print. I've done some research and 
concluded it's the 'pizza wheel' syndrome. After removing them, the 
issue still remains. I've tried cleaning/aligning the print head, no 
luck. I've just purchased this printer two weeks ago refurbished from 
Epson.

Should I be considering taking the printer apart and cleaning it, or is 
there another trick some of you may know of?..
