The only unique data in a DuoTone is grayscale, so converting to grayscale will get you all the image data, if you plan to print to a system that takes grayscale in and prints neutral or tinted grayscale out. If you want to salvage the tonalities, that would be possible with some workflows. For instance, you could convert the DuoTone to RGB in Photoshop, resave, and that image could be printed through an advanced profile for color and B&W work via the RGB driver. PrintFIX PRO 2.0 would actually allow either of these methods, but most processes would need one, or the other, and might require other elements as well, since as recreating the tonality as a QTR curve set...
