Ahhhh, yes I see what you mean. I unchecked this and evrything looked 
OK again. Soooo, what the heck is going on here? Does this mean 
PSCS3's attempt to color manage its preview image is a flop??

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
