Richard I had this happen on my 2200 when I switched to MIS ink (although it didn't seem to occur with Epson ink). MIS offers a solution here: http://www.inksupply.com/2200wh.cfm You don't need to order these little devices. They are just plastic wire ties clipped to about 1 cm. long. I used fairly small ties, originally about 8 cm. long before trimming. It does remove the pizza wheel marks but does make printing near the trailing edge iffy and sometimes the paper is not completely ejected from the printer.
