Digital BW, The Print

I have also received two notices of late delivery from Amazon for your book.
I have been waiting with anticipation for its arrival. BTW I live in Canada
so maybe delivery is being affected by some other factor.

Hi Paul,
I just confirmed with my publisher that the book has shipped to
warehouses, so it should reaching retailers very soon. They are going
to look into why Amazon gave you a July date.
