Digital BW, The Print

Sounds like the way to go...I havent gotten the 2nd notice...but I will
cancel mine as well.

I just got another notice from Amazon and they tell me that the book will 
not be delivered until August 8th so I decided to cancel my order with 
Amazon.

Where did you guys purchase the book so I can order it from there?
