For those wanted to load the 30 day trial after having the beta installed you need to use the CS3 uninstall uitility. In addition for Mac users Adobe has a scipt on line that will insure that all is removed. Once it is all removed you can then install the 30day demo version. Once you are ready to purchase/install the full version you should then just uninstall it again and reload the new purchased version. I have just done as described today.
