Digital BW, The Print

I sent Amazon an email asking why my order was delayed. They said that the  
demand was greater than had been anticipated. They did offer free 2nd day  
shipping if I didn't cancel and promised that it would be available  
earlier than they had first promised. Last night I got an email from them  
saying that the book shipped yesterday and I would get it on Wednesday.
