For those printing from CS3 to Epson printers, a warning.  CS3's interaction with the Epson driver makes it very difficult to center an image, unlike CS2 which was fine in this regard.  The solution is to select "Centered" in the Epson driver *and* "Maximize printed area" (as opposed to "standard").  As a matter of fact, if "Maximize" is selected, the CS3/Epson driver interaction may center the image whether you want it or not and whether the CS3 dialogue has centered checked or not.  The caveat here is that the latest Epson driver for the 4800 (V. 5.5) mysteriously eliminates the option for standard/maximize.  I had to reinstall the older Epson driver V. 5.1 to restore this option and center an image.
