Yes, if you wish to tweak paper tonality in softproof, the Reference White 
control would be the place to start. Check out the help on that feature. I 
assume your "slightly pink" profile, and your "slightly green" one are from a 
highly whitened, and an unwhitened paper. Adjustments of the b* value should 
compensate for whiteners, or lack thereof, in the softproof.
