Hello Barbara:

I experienced this myself just recently. The top of the cart cage just
would not latch on the R2400 after converting to MIS carts. I applied
some additional pressure on each cart on the latch side (the nozzle
side) and then pressed down on the latch cover, at the latch point, with
some pressure and got it to latch. I agree this was a tight fit. I hope
after a few refills the carts get "worked in" a bit to make this easier.
