Hi Brian, Glad I am not the only one. I have been using Innova, Hahnamuhle, and Crane Air Dried media and have the same issues with the 3800. Sometimes flexing the paper before loading seems to help. I am hoping the load wheels do not become glazed with these papers. My 2200 had a lot of trouble with H. Satin.
