Digital BW, The Print

I've been reading posts on the 3800 paper feed problems and I'm having the same thing 
happen on my new R2400 printer. I printed about 6 prints easily and now I can't ge it to 
accept a sheet of velvet fine art. It's making me crazy - any tips on procedure? I"ve been 
deleting the print job and starting over, as just pressing the roll paper button to back out the 
paper doesn't solve the problem - just repeats. Thanks,
